Welcome to High Vibration Creations by Bri. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders & Processing

  • All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production, not including delivery or shipping time.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee and must be discussed prior to purchase.

2. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including design details, sizing, spelling, and dates.

  • You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to request any changes. After that, the order will be processed as submitted.

3. Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been made.

  • If an error occurs on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can resolve the issue.

4. Digital Products

  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable and delivered via email or direct download link after payment is confirmed.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you experience issues accessing your digital file(s), contact us at highvibrationcreationsbybri@gmail.com within 24 hours.

  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Pickup and delivery are available within Houston and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

  • Shipping fees are separate and will be calculated at checkout or upon request.

  • Final payment must be completed before any item is released for pickup, delivery, or shipping.

6. Payment

  • All payments must be made at the time of purchase via our website.

  • If any additional payment is required (such as for rush orders, delivery fees, or add-ons), an invoice with a secure payment link will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
