Shipping Policy

At High Vibration Creations by Bri, we aim to ensure your custom creations arrive safely and on time. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order:


Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made and require 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping is available within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

  • We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected shipping window, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our hands and is in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in locating or resolving the issue to the best of our ability.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at highvibrationcreationsbybri@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your item ships.
